All clients possess the right to seek a refund in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund Procedure

  • All Membership Fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable, except within the first 90 days of the Membership Period, provided that you have viewed no more than 50% of the available lessons in the purchased courses.

  • To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] stating your wish to receive a refund along with your full name.

  • We will process the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

  • Once we receive your cancellation request, you will cease to have access to the website immediately.

  • In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we reserve the right to conduct identity verification and screening procedures for refund requests. This may include requesting additional information or documentation to verify your identity and ensure compliance with AML laws and regulations.
