Refund Policy

All clients possess the right to seek a refund in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All Membership Fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable except during the first 90 days since the beginning of the Membership Period under the condition that you have viewed no more than 50% of the lessons made available to you in the Trading Essentials, Technical Trading and Strategic Trading courses.

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we reserve the right to conduct identity verification and screening procedures for refund requests. This may include requesting additional information or documentation to verify your identity and ensure compliance with AML laws and regulations.

Failure to provide the necessary information may result in the denial of the refund request.

By agreeing to this refund policy, you acknowledge and consent to the AML procedures outlined herein.

You can request a refund by emailing us at [email protected] stating your wish to receive a refund and your full name. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Once we receive your cancellation request, you will cease to have access to the site immediately.

Please note: even if the refund request falls beyond the initial 90-day period stipulated in our policy, we encourage clients to contact us. We are committed to addressing individual circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to find a satisfactory resolution
