By using the site, whether as a guest or a registered user, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms just as if you had signed this agreement. NATURE OF SERVICES

Our website is an education platform, data portal, and content aggregator. Course500 offers courses and content in different fields, including, but not limited to programming (Python, CSS, JavaScript, HTML), marketing, using data visualization and analysis tools (Excel), designing, trading, using google sites, social media (Instagram), music, etc.

Our website is not a place for the giving or receiving of any kind of advice (e.g., financial, tax, legal, marketing advice, advice concerning investment decisions, etc.).

The services and the information available on or through this site are only for your general information and use and are not intended to address your particular requirements.

All information, content, education, strategies, alerts, and materials on this site are in the nature of general research and data, and are for general informational purposes only. Any kind of information is not personalized for you or any other recipient, does not constitute any form of advice or recommendation by us or other users, and is not and should not be considered to be an individualized recommendation in any field. Such information is not intended to be relied upon by you in making (or refraining to make) any specific decisions.

Appropriate expert independent advice should be obtained before making any such decision. You bear all risks from any use or results of using any services and/or information on this site.

The Information on the site is provided «AS IS» without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Course 500 is not responsible or liable in any manner for, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality, reliability, or usefulness of any information or the results obtained from any information. If you access content, you rely on any information provided at your own risk.

The type of strategies mentioned on the site may not be suitable for everyone, and you alone are solely responsible for determining whether any strategy, or any other product or service is appropriate or suitable for you, based on your objectives and personal and financial situation. You should consult and seek professional advice in the respective field.

We may offer valuation tools; these are solely for information and educational purposes so that users can easily run their own valuations. The predefined values are simply a starting point based on global assumptions that we have applied across the entire market – you should amend the values as you see fit and not regard them as a substitute for your own judgment. Any resulting valuation outputs are necessarily generic.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our Website. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Website.

MEMBERSHIP

Course 500 offers access to its educational content on a tiered Membership basis ("Membership"). You may gain access to each level by purchasing a package, with each package providing access to the specific courses as outlined in the Packages list.

To become a Member of the site and use the Course 500 service, you must have internet access and provide certain personal details, including a current, valid, accepted method of payment ("Payment Method"). The fee will be billed to your Payment Method upfront.

Each purchased package grants access to the specified course materials for one year. After this period, access to the materials will expire, and continued access will require a new purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our Membership plans at any time.

REFUND

All Membership Fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable except during the first 90 days since the beginning of the Membership Period under the condition that you have viewed no more than 50% of the lessons made available to you in the course you bought.

You can request a refund (full amount of the original transaction) by emailing us at [email protected] stating your wish to receive a refund and your full name.

Once we receive your cancellation request, you will cease to have access to the site immediately.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Refunds will be processed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

Course 500 reserves the right to withhold or delay refunds in cases where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crimes and fraudulent activity. By using our services, you agree to cooperate with any AML checks or investigations that may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if not satisfied with the circumstances of the request or such request is made in breach of any applicable laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT ACCESS

The member who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged is referred to here as the Account Owner. The Account Owner has access and control over the Course 500 account. The Account Owner’s control is exercised through the use of the Account Owner’s password and therefore to maintain exclusive control, the Account Owner should not reveal the password to anyone.

In addition, if the Account Owner wishes to prohibit others from altering the Account Owner’s control, the Account Owner should not reveal the Payment Method details (e.g., the last four digits of their credit or debit card) associated with their account. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

Accounts are provided on an individual basis, you are expressly forbidden from giving another person or entity access. You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information. Providing your information in response to these types of communications can result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by going directly to the Course 500 website and not through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it looks official. Course 500 reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the member in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. Course 500 is not obligated to credit or discount a Membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of Course 500 or by the automated processes of Course 500.

Users’ identification is exclusively confirmed through their registered email address, unless an alternative method is explicitly requested and approved by us. Any alternative methods must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
